Article 1 –Shipping
1.1.Processing Time
in-stock Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. custom-made pieces are made to order and typically require 3–6 weeks, depending on the piece. for specific timing questions, the Customer may contact MESENCE at contact@mesence.com.
1.2. Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery within Belgium usually takes 1–6 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier services or circumstances beyond MESENCE’s control. The Customer must inspect the Products upon delivery and report any visible damage or defects without delay to contact@mesence.com.
1.3. ShippingArea
MESENCE currently ships within Belgium only.
article 2 - Returns
2.1. in-stock
- in-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
- Returned pieces must be unworn and unused and sent back in their original, undamaged packaging, including all accompanying materials.
- If a piece or its packaging shows signs of wear or damage, MESENCE reserves the right to withhold all or part of the refund to account for the loss in value.
- A return label will be provided. A flat return shipping fee of €15 will be deducted from the refund.
- Once a return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- a refund can take 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
2.2. custom-made
- Custom-made pieces are non-returnable.
- If such a piece arrives damaged please contact us at contact@mesence.com within 3 days of delivery, so we can find a solution together.
