explores the experience of the everyday through jewellery design. Because small objects are often overlooked, yet cherished, they are an interesting starting point. What is their function? What do they mean? The name MESENCE comes from mes sens (“my senses”), reflecting an interest in how they transform the ordinary into lived experience. With this approach, I hope to contribute to a renewed sensitivity to living, with excitement and freshness.
